Which products can be ordered for shipment to Canada?

Each product in our catalog carries a "Can Ship To:" identifier.

If you see then this product can be shipped to Canada.

If you see then this product can only be shipped to the United States.

How will products be shipped to Canada?

We offer two shipping options to Candian customers on our online store. These are UPS International Standard and US Express Mail. Customers wishing to get UPS Expedited or UPS Express service can call us at 800-433-6326 and place your order by phone.

UPS International Standard

All orders placed for shipment to Canada via UPS International Standard qualify for a flat shipping fee of US$15.95 per order. (For example, if your order is for 1 software product, the shipping cost will be US$15.95. If you order has 5 software products and 1 graphic tablet, the shipping cost via UPS International Standard will still remain US$15.95)

US Express Mail

All orders placed for shipment to Canada via US Express Mail will be charged a flat shipping fee of US$24.95 per order. (For example, if your order is for 1 software product, the shipping cost will be US$24.95. If you order has 5 software products and 1 graphic tablet, the shipping cost via UPS International Standard will still remain US$24.95)

What about Duties, Taxes and Brokerage Charges?

Genesis Technologies Inc. only charges customers for the price of products sold and shipping charges. Customers in Canada are directly responsible for duties, taxes and brokerage charges as applicable. These charges are directly payable by you.
