These packs cannot be sold to hospitals or clinics owned by, run by, or affiliated with hospitals, universities or governmental agencies. Pack includes a headset microphone.

- Small Practice Edition does not include Radiology or Pathology vocabularies
- Small Practice Edition does not permit creation of a Correction Only profile for transcription
- Small Practice Edition does not permit dictation in "Hidden Mode"
- Small Practice Edition does not display users personal voice commands in the myCommands command browser
- Small Practice Edition does not support Dragon templates with voice fields.
