This is a specially discounted pack of NIK Software for sale to Students, faculty or staff of accredited educational institutions only.
Any current student, faculty/teacher, or staff member of a recognized K-12 or Higher Education institution in the U.S or Canada can purchase the software for individual use. The pack includes an installation DVD, electronic documentation, and validation instructions, but no serial number to activate the product. To obtain serial number, purchasers must register the product and prove academic status via an online form---http://www.myidentit-e.com/niksoftware. Customers must prove academic status by providing validating information/ documentation. Once validated, a serial number will be emailed to the student, faculty or staff member. Proof of academic status is one of the following:
- A valid email address that is associated with an academic institution.
- A school photo identification card that includes date validating current status
- A school photo ID, Drivers License or other official photo identification with other corroborating evidence including but not limited to: faculty or staff pay check stubs; student course curriculums or tuition bill with a valid date and printed with school's logo or seal; an official letter from the registrar of the school
- For K-12 students only: when the above listed forms of ID are not available, an official letter from a teacher at the accredited K-12 institution verifying the student's right to order software at academic prices. Anyone under the age of 13 cannot be validated.
